I LOVE your cute Halloween decor! Your neighbor must be having a blast with you next door. I love getting festive with friends, it is how I get through the holidays without family. What a show stopper! PS: If you are interested, I have heard of some local newspapers appreciating tips of homeowners being creative in their decor.
